During this unique soundscape exploration experience with Agnieta and Darius, we will venture into the magical Nemenčinė Forest:
__to walk off the anxiety and tension that has built up in the body;
__to immerse ourselves in our senses (subtle scents, tastes, touches);
__to hear ourselves through the forest and therapeutic instruments;
__to draw lasting inspiration;
__to experience complete oneness with nature.
ABOUT THE EVENT
“Sounds and music have accompanied us in various forms since childhood. Through experimentation, and seeking out intriguing combinations that lead to altered states of consciousness (live and electronic sound, voice and space, with additional elements that enhance these states), we are creating a format for sonic journeys that has not yet been experienced.”
This time, we’ll begin the sound therapy session with a silent walk, exploring the forest as it is enveloped in the scents and sounds of the evening.

Once our bodies and minds have settled, we’ll settle into a soft bed of moss and melt into the sounds of gongs, Tibetan bowls and other harmonising instruments.
Rivers will flow through our bodies once more, our feet will put down firm roots, and the heavens will be reflected in our eyes… Together, we will welcome yet another summer of our lives.
DRESS CODE: comfortable and appropriate for time in the forest (protection against mosquitoes and ticks, long socks, light-coloured clothing, a hat).
IMPORTANT: please do not be late; arrive 10–15 minutes before the event starts (be sure to drive via Bezdonis so you don’t get lost).
*As the event will take place outdoors, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to move the event to Sanctum’s indoor spaces.
