ABOUT THE EVENT
As part of Sanctum’s conversations with remarkable thinkers and practitioners, this edition invites you to explore one of today’s most compelling questions:
Could psychedelics reshape the future of psychotherapy?
Joining us are physician, psychotherapist, and founder of Džiaugsmo Klinika, Justina Aleksaitė, alongside consciousness researcher and founder of Psychonautai.lt, Ignas Kazlauskas.
The evening begins with an open conversation led by Justina, introducing the different classes of psychedelic substances and their emerging role in psychotherapy. Drawing from contemporary research and clinical practice, she will explore therapeutic applications, common misconceptions, potential risks, ethical considerations, and the results being observed today.
Curiosity is warmly encouraged, and there will be ample time for questions and discussion.
The gathering then continues in Sanctum’s Hive Space with Modern Witchcraft – a guided sensory exploration led by Ignas.
Together, you’ll discover the world of legal psychoactive botanicals, learning about their history, pharmacology, and traditional preparations. Through scent, observation, and, where appropriate, tasting, participants will encounter a carefully curated selection of botanical blends that invite a different way of perceiving plants and their relationship with human consciousness.
Duration: up to 3 hours. Please do not be late.
Our intention is to create a space for thoughtful conversation, genuine curiosity, and meaningful encounters – an opportunity to step beyond familiar perspectives and explore new ways of seeing the world.
