THE BALTIC SAUNA

09. 13 15:00 – 19:00

[a communal herbal sauna with a sauna attendant using a Baltic birch whisk]

The Baltic sauna is both an art and a philosophy, guided by two fundamental principles for spending quality time in the steam room: harmony and moderation. As we journey together through experiences involving different elements:

__we strengthen not only the physical body but also the aspect of spiritual evolution;

__we nurture our connection with one another;

__we explore the diverse scents of our country’s meadows;

__we familiarise ourselves with the properties of the herbs and birch twigs used.

Connecting with the ancient art of natural medicine practised by our ancestors is important for anyone seeking clarity of mind and thought.

ABOUT THE EVENT

The Baltic sauna is a gathering in communion, a shared quest to discover what truly matters in our daily lives – the harmonious frequency of our true selves.

The experience consists of several key elements:

Halotherapy: procedures to cleanse the respiratory tract carried out in the sauna (using carefully selected essential oils).

Body rituals: the skin is cleansed and nourished using various scrubs and honey and clay masks.

Regeneration: warm birch branches are used to stimulate blood circulation, thereby facilitating the rapid and effective recovery of muscles and joints.

In just under five years, Baltų Vanta has treated more than 6,000 sauna lovers and enthusiasts, and has led hundreds of sessions in a wide variety of saunas across our country. The master’s wealth of experience allows him to grasp the most subtle aspects and convey them even to those visiting the realm of steam for the very first time.

PREPARATION
We’ll take care of the sauna, special Sanctum teas and birch branches, and natural body scrubs. All you need to bring is:
– a towel, rubber slippers, sauna clothing*, a bathrobe (if you wish)
– toiletries
– warm clothes for after the sauna

*We strongly recommend avoiding synthetic swimwear and swimsuits, opting instead for linen or cotton sauna wear.

Places are very limited (we accept up to 15 people)

IMPORTANT: please do not be late; arrive 10–15 minutes before the ritual begins. Please park your car in the Sanctum car park, where members of our team will meet you and escort you to the sauna.

*If you’d like to give the experience as a gift, you can purchase one of our gift vouchers or book a specific event and forward the invitation – which you’ll automatically receive by email when you purchase the product – to your loved one (please ensure you include a link to the specific experience so that it is clear how to get there and what to prepare).
