BALTIC SAUNA RITUAL

ABOUT THE EVENT
The Baltic Sauna Ritual is an invitation to gather, slow down, and reconnect with what truly matters – a more harmonious way of being.
The experience unfolds through several carefully guided stages:
Halotherapy
Breathing rituals supported by carefully selected essential oils help clear the airways and deepen relaxation.
Body Rituals
Natural body scrubs together with honey and clay treatments gently cleanse, nourish, and revitalise the skin.
Regeneration
Warm sauna whisks stimulate circulation, helping the body recover while supporting the restoration of muscles and joints.
Over the past five years, the Baltų Vanta sauna master has guided more than 6,000 guests through hundreds of sauna rituals across Lithuania. This wealth of experience allows even first-time visitors to discover the subtle depth of authentic Baltic sauna culture.
HOW TO PREPARE
We will provide the sauna, signature Sanctum herbal teas, sauna whisks, and natural body scrubs.
Please bring:
__A towel, rubber slippers, natural-fibre sauna clothing*, and a bathrobe (optional)
__Personal toiletries
__Warm clothing to wear after the ritual
We recommend avoiding synthetic swimwear. Linen or cotton sauna garments are the most comfortable and appropriate choice.
Group size: up to 15 guests.
IMPORTANT: please arrive 10–15 minutes before the experience begins. Parking is available in the Sanctum car park, where a member of our team will welcome you and accompany you to the sauna.
