WILD FOOD
[seasonal plant-based food-making workshops]
The final culinary gatherings of the summer invite you into a world where wild flavours are at their most abundant. Flowers, fragrant herbs, tender buds and vibrant greenery have transformed forests, meadows and fields into nature’s most generous pantry.
Guided by chef Akvilė Petniūnaitė, you’ll discover how wild edible plants can become extraordinary dishes—while allowing yourself the rare luxury of slowing down and reconnecting with nature.
Together, we’ll create space to:
__pause and step away from the rhythm of everyday life;
__breathe in the fresh aromas of summer forests and blooming meadows;
__rediscover the abundance that already surrounds us;
__wander through the ever-changing world of wild edible plants, where every season reveals new flavours, unexpected discoveries, and a deeper connection with the natural world.
