WOLVES AND LEADERSHIP

Lukasz Dlugowski is a wilderness guide, wolf tracker and lecturer specialising in biological leadership, team dynamics and human–nature connection.

For over 9 years, Lukasz has tracked wolves across Poland, Italy, Mongolia and Jordan, learning from both wolves and traditional tracking cultures in Africa. His experiential programmes use the intelligence of the wild to explore trust, cooperation, communication, adaptability and leadership.
