Welcome to Sanctum Nature—a place for rest, slowing down, and meaningful time immersed in nature. Here, we invite you to step away from the pace of everyday life and embrace the quiet of the forest, where respect for nature, privacy, and one another is at the heart of every stay.

We believe that a memorable experience begins with mindfulness, care for our surroundings, and shared responsibility for the spaces we inhabit. We kindly ask all guests to treat the Forest Lofts and the surrounding grounds with respect, honour the peace of fellow guests, and observe the terms below.

These Terms are designed to help ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for everyone at Sanctum Nature.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern the booking, accommodation, and use of lodging services provided by Sanctum Nature.

1.2. By making and/or paying for a reservation, the Guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

1.3. The person making the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all accompanying guests are informed of these Terms and comply with them throughout their stay.

2. Bookings & Payment

2.1. A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received or confirmation has been issued through the booking system.

2.2. Accommodation rates are displayed in the booking system at the time of reservation.

2.3. Sanctum Nature reserves the right to refuse accommodation if incorrect or misleading booking information has been provided or if these Terms are not observed.

3. Check-in & Check-out

3.1. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm.

3.2. Check-out is by 12:00 noon.

3.3. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon prior request and subject to availability.

3.4. Upon departure, Guests are kindly asked to leave the Forest Loft in a tidy condition, lock all doors, and follow the departure instructions provided.

3.5. If a Guest remains beyond 12:00 noon without prior approval, an additional charge of €50 per hour may apply for each hour of delay.

3.6. Only the number of Guests specified in the reservation may stay in the Forest Loft or on the property. Additional Guests are permitted only with prior approval from the administration.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1. Guests are expected to use the Forest Lofts, furnishings, equipment, and all facilities with care and respect.

4.2. Damage to furniture, equipment, buildings, plants, or any other property belonging to Sanctum Nature is strictly prohibited.

4.3. Guests must comply with all fire safety requirements and any other safety instructions provided on the property.

4.4. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and retreat concept of Sanctum Nature, stays with minors are possible only with prior approval from the administration. Sanctum Nature reserves the right to decline a reservation if it is not compatible with the character of the property or the conditions of a particular stay.

4.5. Young children and pets are permitted only with prior approval from the administration. Sanctum Nature reserves the right to decline such requests or to apply additional conditions to their stay.

4.6. Parties, celebrations, or other events are not permitted without prior written approval. Commercial events, filming, photography, and content production are allowed only with prior permission from the administration.

5. Peace & Conduct

5.1. Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

5.2. Guests are kindly asked not to play loud music, create excessive noise, or otherwise disturb the peace and comfort of other guests.

5.3. Sanctum Nature reserves the right to terminate accommodation immediately, without refund, if Guests seriously breach public order, endanger others, or fail to comply with reasonable instructions given by staff.

5.4. Sanctum Nature is a space dedicated to rest, stillness, and conscious living. The consumption of alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, or any other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the Forest Lofts.

5.5. Guests who arrive under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, or consume such substances during their stay, may be required to leave the property immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5.6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Forest Lofts, in all shared indoor spaces, and throughout the Sanctum Nature property. This prohibition includes cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and all other smoking devices.

6. Damage & Liability

6.1. Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or by members of their party during their stay.

6.2. Sanctum Nature reserves the right to recover the cost of repairing, replacing, or restoring any damaged, destroyed, or missing property.

6.3. Sanctum Nature is not liable for temporary interruptions to electricity, internet access, mobile network coverage, utilities, or other services provided by third parties, nor for any inconvenience resulting from such interruptions.

6.4. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the Forest Loft or surrounding areas are left in an unusually untidy condition requiring extra cleaning.

6.5. Sanctum Nature accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of Guests’ personal belongings.

7. Health & Safety

7.1. Guests use the grounds, walking trails, recreational areas, bodies of water, and all other facilities at their own risk.

7.2. Sanctum Nature accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, or losses resulting from a Guest’s negligence, failure to comply with these Terms, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. Changes & Cancellations

8.1. Cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the rate selected at the time of booking and are displayed within the booking system.

8.2. If a reservation is not cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, or if the Guest fails to arrive, charges may apply in accordance with the terms of the selected rate.

9. Force Majeure

9.1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including circumstances constituting force majeure.

10. Personal Data

10.1. Personal data provided during the booking process is processed solely for the purposes of providing accommodation services, fulfilling legal obligations, and maintaining accounting records.

10.2. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
