Giedrė Žalytė is a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist and supervisor, certified forest therapy guide, lecturer in the Forest Therapy postgraduate programme at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), and author.

In her programmes for organisations, Giedrė integrates evidence-based psychology with immersive experiences in nature. Teams and leaders are invited to better understand inner conflicts, recognise automatic behavioural patterns, and strengthen the qualities that enable them to lead themselves – and others – with greater clarity, resilience, and wisdom.

Each programme combines psychological insight with guided experiences in nature, allowing participants to directly experience its restorative effects on emotional wellbeing, attention, self-awareness, and the capacity to build meaningful human connections.
